Find out where your time is really going, before you spend a cent.
You suspect your team is losing hours to manual admin, but you cannot point to exactly where. We sit down with you, map a normal week job by job, and hand you a clear written plan. No pressure to build anything after.
Three lenses. One session.
We don't run a generic checklist. Every audit is held against three questions: is money moving slowly, are hours being wasted, and where could one mistake cost you a client or a compliance headache.
Where money is stuck
Invoice timing, payment chasing, no-show and cancellation patterns, how long it actually takes from job done to cash in the bank.
Where hours disappear
Quoting, scheduling, data entry, and the follow-ups your team does from memory instead of by system.
Where mistakes creep in
Missed deadlines, compliance steps that rely on one person remembering, and the handoffs where information gets lost.
Three simple steps. No jargon, no pitch deck.
This is a short, low-cost session, not a big project. You walk away with something useful whether you work with us again or not.
We listen
30 to 60 minutes with you and your team. You talk us through a normal week, job by job, call by call. We ask questions. No pitch, no slides.
We map it out
Every place your team retypes something, waits on someone, or chases a reply gets written down. We rank each one by how much time and money it is costing you.
You get a plan
A written plan you can act on, in plain language. 3 to 5 opportunities, ranked by impact. It is yours to keep, even if you never hire us again.
What's actually in your written plan.
Not a slide deck, and not a sales pitch dressed up as a report. A working document you could hand to a bookkeeper, a new hire, or another contractor, and have them understand your business in ten minutes.
- Current-state map. A plain-language walkthrough of how work actually moves through your business today, job by job, from first enquiry to final payment.
- Time and cost breakdown. Where the hours are going, and a rough figure for what each bottleneck is costing you, so the size of the problem is clear rather than guessed at.
- Ranked opportunities. 3 to 5 fixes, ordered by impact against effort, each one tagged to cash flow, cost, or risk so you know exactly what it protects.
- A straight recommendation. If automation earns its keep, we tell you what to build first and roughly what it will take. If it doesn't, we tell you that too.
Built for owners who know something is slow.
You know your evenings and weekends are going to admin that should not need a person. Quotes, invoices, scheduling, chasing replies. You are just not sure which part to fix first, or whether automation is even the right answer for your business.
That is exactly what this session is for. We are not trying to sell you a big system. We are trying to find the one or two things that will actually move the needle, and tell you honestly what each one is worth.
Darryl runs every session personally. No account manager, no handoff to a junior analyst who has never run a business under pressure.
Billed by the hour, at our standard rate. No licence, no retainer, no obligation to continue.
What people ask before booking.
You and your team talk us through a normal working week. We ask questions about how jobs come in, how quotes go out, how you get paid, and where things slow down. It feels like a conversation, not an interview.
No. Just show up ready to talk about how your business actually runs day to day. If you already track anything in spreadsheets or a job system, having it open can help, but it is not required.
A written plan. 3 to 5 opportunities, ranked by how much time and money each one could save you, explained in plain language. It is yours to keep and act on however you like.
No. Some clients take the plan and build it themselves, or with someone else. Most choose to have us build it because we already understand their business by that point, but there is no pressure either way.
It is billed by the hour at our standard rate. It is a short, low-hours session, so the cost is small next to what most clients end up saving. We will confirm the exact figure with you before you commit to anything.
That happens rarely, but if it does, we will tell you honestly. We would rather you hear the truth than pay us to build something that will not earn its keep.
Most consultants hand you a strategy document and leave. We hand you the same clarity, but we are also the ones who can build the fix straight after, on the tools you already run. Darryl has run operations teams himself, so the session is grounded in what actually happens on the ground, not theory.
We work most often with trades, clinics, property management, and professional services firms, but the same three questions (cash flow, cost, risk) apply to almost any SME. If your business runs on quotes, jobs, invoices, and appointments, we already know the shape of it.
See where your hours are going, honestly.
No pitch, no slide deck. Just a straight conversation about where your time is going and what, if anything, is worth fixing first.
